is a nationwide mentorship program, which focuses on the development of youth and young adults.
My Crown Ain't Crooked is designed to designed to
{1.} Equip them with the spiritual, mental and emotional tools they need to thrive in every area of life.
{2.} Help them to realize and maximize their potential.
{3.} Develop the capacity to make sound decisions that will lead to success.
{4.} Access the ability to no longer be stuck mentally where they are physically.

My Crown Ain't Crooked is comprised of 3 phases which centers on various age groups:
Phase 1 : Ages 18-25 years old which is active as of August 2022
Phase 2: Ages 13-17 years old which will launch in the summer of 2023
Phase 3: Ages 5-12 years old which will launch in the summer of 2024

Our mission is to elevate the minds and lives of our mentees by equipping them with the necessary tools; spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

Our vision is for our mentees to be in a position that they are able to create better communities, a better society and a better world for themselves and those around them.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Lease L. Youmans (pronounced Lisa) is an Entrepreneur, Author, Activist, Life Coach and Mentor.
Lease has a passion and a heart for today's youth and young adult and desires for them to succeed in life. She created My Crown Ain't Crooked Mentorship Program to assist our youth in navigating life in a way that will lead to success.
Having experiencing many pitfalls in life, Lease is determined that no one especially our youth to be in a place where they feel hopeless. Building our youth and young adults is a part of her purpose to impact, change and transform the lives of others.
